·         Pastrana at Texas Motor Speedway

o   Travis Pastrana will make his first start at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) this weekend.  Pastrana previously competed at TMS in Global RallyCross last season, finishing 15^th.

·         Debuting a New Look

o   The No. 60 Ford Mustang will don a new look this weekend at TMS, sporting a red, white and blue patriotic paint scheme.  Pastrana will also run the patriotic scheme at Daytona International Speedway over the July Fourth weekend.

·         The Car

o   Chassis RK-787 will make its debut for the No. 60 Roush Fenway Racing team this weekend at TMS.

·         In-Race-Reporter

o   Pastrana will serve as the O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 In-Race-Reporter for ESPN2’s live coverage of Friday night’s race.

·         Texas Connections

o   David Roth, Tire Specialist for the No. 60 Ford Mustang returns to his home state of Texas for this weekend’s 300-mile race.

·         Recapping Fontana

o   Prior to two off weekends, NNS teams headed west for the Royal Purple 300 at Auto Club Speedway.  Pastrana made his first NNS start at the two-mile track and earned his third top-15 finish of the season, crossing the line in 13^th.

o   Pastrana remains 12^th in the NNS points standings.

“I’m really excited to race at Texas Motor Speedway.  I ran a Global RallyCross event there last year, and love the facility.  All the drivers seem to love the track.  I’ve driven in a school car a few years ago and also had the privilege of getting a ride-along with Mario Andretti in an Indycar.  I can’t wait to get out there and race my Nationwide car.  It’s the second 1.5-mile track we’ve been to this year.  We had a good run in Vegas, so I’m hoping to step it up this weekend in Texas.”
