Germán Quiroga
No. 77 NET10 Wireless
Toyota Tundra

This Week’s NET10 Wireless Toyota Tundra at New Hampshire Motor Speedway… Germán Quiroga will be competing in chassis No. 003 in the UNOH 175 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 20. This is the same Toyota Tundra that he drove to a sixth-place finish at Kentucky Speedway earlier this season.

Quiroga at New Hampshire Motor Speedway… This weekend Germán Quiroga returns to the track where he made his first NASCAR Camping World Series start in 2011. It marked his one visit to the 1.058-mile Loudon, New Hampshire oval. The rookie driver earned a 16th-place result after starting from the 17th position.

Race Rewind: Chicagoland Speedway… The No. 77 NET10 Wireless Toyota Tundra team was poised for a top-10 finish at Chicagoland Speedway after finishing sixth in the final practice session and earning an eighth-place starting spot for the NASCAR 225 based on practice speeds after qualifying was rained out. Quiroga ran consistently in the top 10 all night but the No. 77 Tundra received damage late in the race after making contact with a competitor, relegating him to a 19th-place finish.

GERMÁN QUIROGA QUOTES:

On a Disappointing Finish at Chicagoland Speedway… “”We had an unfortunate night at Chicagoland (Speedway). We had a strong Toyota Tundra and I definitely thought we’d have a top-five finish. Sometimes you have nights like that, but we’ve got to stay focused on finishing this season strong.”

On Returning to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the First Time Since 2011… “The first time I raced at New Hampshire (Motor Speedway) was my first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race ever. I’m looking forward to going back because I’ve learned so much since that first race. I’ll be able to apply what I’ve learned and I’m sure we’ll have better results this season.”

Timothy Peters
No. 17 Red Horse Racing
Toyota Tundra

This Week’s Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra at New Hampshire Motor Speedway… Timothy Peters will be piloting chassis No. 010 in the UNOH 175 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway this Saturday, Sept. 20. This is the same Toyota Tundra with which he qualified third at Iowa Speedway earlier this season.

His best result at the Loudon, New Hampshire race track was an eighth-place finish after qualifying sixth in 2010 while competing for Red Horse Racing.

Race Rewind: Chicagoland Speedway… The No. 17 The Duke of Oil/Valvoline Toyota Tundra team earned a 10th-place starting spot for the NASCAR 225 at Chicagoland Speedway based on practice results, after qualifying for the event was rained out. Peters competed in the top 10 in the first half of the event, turning some of the quickest laps on the race track; however, an unscheduled green-flag pit stop relegated the Red Horse Racing team to a 17th-place result.

TIMOTHY PETERS QUOTES:

On Returning to New Hampshire Motor Speedway… “I’m really excited that New Hampshire (Motor Speedway is back on the schedule for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series teams this season. It’s a fun track and I’ve had a couple top-10 finishes there. I think the No. 17 team can really have a good weekend there.”

On a Disappointing Finish at Chicagoland Speedway… “We had a really, really fast The Duke of Oil/Valvoline Toyota Tundra at Chicagoland (Speedway). It was a rocket. We just had an unfortunate pit stop and the cautions didn’t fall to get us back to the lead lap. The guys did a great job, and this No. 17 team never gave up.”
