QUOTE WORTHY

Bayne on racing at Texas:

“Texas is a special place for me. It’s where I made my first Cup start and where I won my first Nationwide Series race. I’m ready to get back there this weekend after two weeks off with our No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Mustang. I’m confident Chad (Norris) and my guys will help give me a great opportunity to run up front. I’m also glad to be back behind the wheel of the No. 21 Motorcraft / Quick Lane Ford Fusion for the Wood Brothers on Sunday. Hopefully we’ll be able to have two strong runs this weekend.”

Crew Chief Chad Norris on Texas:

“We’re ready to get back at it this weekend in Texas after these two weeks off. All the guys are looking forward to getting back to the track and I know that Trevor will give our No. 6 AdvoCare Ford a great run this weekend.”
