Busch
wins the Truck Series EasyCare Vehicle
Service Contracts 200
Kyle Busch had a great
truck and luck on his side on Saturday
in the EasyCare Vehicle Service
Contracts 200 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
NASCAR was going to black flag him for
his window net being half-way down. He
was holding the net up while driving the
car. But before he was able to make the
pit a caution flag came out. This kept
him from going a lap down. “That was an
experience, I've never had to do that
before.” Busch said.
Busch was able to pit with the rest
of the field and easily came back to the
front and hold on to win Saturday’s race
by 0.971-seconds over Ron Hornaday Jr.
Ron Hornaday retakes the points lead
by four points over Mike Skinner, who
finished fifth.
Johnny Benson Jr. finished third and
Mark Martin finished fourth.
The race averaged 127.381 mph with 11
lead changes among four drivers and five
caution flags for 25 laps.
