It is Logano's third top-10
finish in four starts, and
Reutimann's sixth top-five
finish in 2008 (17 races).

in Braun Racing's No. 38
Great Clips Camry, his sixth
top-10 of the season. Toyota
drivers James Buescher
(14th) and Mike Wallace
(18th) were also in the
field. Logano led once for
35 laps, while Buescher
headed the field for three
circuits.

Can you talk about your
first NNS race at Milwaukee?
"It was long, I can promise
you that. We started off and
my car wasn't where it
needed to be. We were way
off. We kept going
backwards. We just kept
working on it and never gave
up. We finally got it where
we needed to and we were
running down the leaders
pretty fast there on the
longer haul. And then a
caution came out and we got
tires, and I was just not
good on new tires. It took
me five to 10 laps for it to
come in. I just lost
positions on restarts, and
you can't afford to do that.
It's hard to come back from
that. We were just too tight
at the end to catch Carl
(Edwards). I don't think we
adjusted to the race track
enough. I think the track
got a lot tighter. Overall,
from where we started today
to where we ended was a big
plus."
Can you explain the
incident you had with Brad
Keselowski? "I'd say it was
my fault, for sure.
Obviously. We were racing
hard for the lead and I felt
my car was good enough to
get up there. I was a little
bit loose on the front side
of a run. We were both
driving it really hard. I
just overdrove it into the
corner, got loose, and had
to chase it up the track."
Did you have an issue
with your brakes in
tonight's race? "My brakes
were pulsating most of the
night. It was really bad at
the beginning of the night.
It was rattling my teeth
out. For some reason, it
kind of went away towards
the end. It was still
pulsating, but nowhere near
as bad as it was. That and
the car was really loose in,
and when I needed it to cut,
it was really, really tight.
And I was really loose off.
We gotta do some serious
work to this thing to get it
even close. It kind of
looked like we went back and
forth. We went to the front
a little bit, went back a
little bit, and back to the
front. It was an adventure."
Do you think you would've
had anything for Carl
Edwards if that last caution
didn't come out? "It looked
like from when I was behind
him, he was loose. And as
soon as you put a heat cycle
in these tires, the cars get
a lot tighter. I think it
played into his hand and
played against me a little
bit. I was already tight,
and it made me tighter. He
was loose, and it probably
made him better. I think
that was the biggest thing.
I saw him and (Clint) Bowyer
run into each other. I was
catching the 60 (Carl
Edwards) a little bit. I
think that last heat cycle
got us."
DAVID REUTIMANN, No. 99
Aaron's Dream Machine Toyota
Camry, Michael Waltrip
Racing Finished: 5th Having
not practiced the car, how
did it handle during
tonight's race? "It was
okay. We just fought being
loose at times and tight at
others. All in all, the car
drove pretty good. We had
about a fifth- place car and
that's where we ended up."
Can you talk about the
run through the field after
your pit road violation? "We
had a good car. The closer
you get to the front, the
harder they are to pass. The
20 (Logano) managed to block
us in about every time we
came in. That lost us spots
every time. It was my fault
for speeding off pit road,
but I was just so aggravated
for getting blocked in. I
blew that."
How hard is it to pass on
this track? "It takes a long
time. Track position is
pretty important here. Track
position is important
everywhere, but this place
is a pretty tough place to
pass on. All in all, it was
a good effort. I'm happy."
