Mike Skinner on racing at
Homestead-Miami Speedway:
“I am looking forward to
this weekend. We had a
strong race last Friday
night at PIR and I am hoping
we can build off that
momentum for this weekend’s
race. We have had a strong
season and I would love to
cap it off with a win on
Friday night. Doug Richert
and the guys on this No. 5
Toyota Tundra team have been
working overtime trying
different things to help us
in our championship run in
2009 and I am hoping it pays
dividends this weekend.
“Homestead is a great
track. Both the high and low
grooves are fast which gives
you options as a driver. It
is great side by side racing
and I know that Friday night
will be one of the best
races of the season.”
