racing may struggle this
year as the U.S. economy
continues to struggle.
With that struggle not

Some of things I look
forward to seeing
discussed is how is the
economy changing how you
will go to the track?
Are the tracks adapting
to this quick enough for
you to change your mind
and go to a race? I
know that many of the
tracks are taking entire
sections of their
seating and reducing
prices and allowing
payment plans.
How about hotels around
race tracks? We all know
that some areas of the
country see hotel
proprietors jacking up
room rates by 200 – 300%
when NASCAR comes to
town. Are you still
going or are the hotel
operators reducing their
prices in order to sell
out? Or is it so bad you
let your Bristol Season
Tickets go and you plan
on sitting on your couch
on a warm Saturday night
in August to watch
television coverage?
Speaking of Bristol, do
you like the new racing
surface and the racing
there? Or do you prefer
the old days when you
had to beat someone’s
rear bumper in order to
get by them?
