DODGE AT TALLADEGA SUPERSPEEDWAY  
• Richard Brickhouse drove a Nichels-owned winged Dodge Daytona to victory in the inaugural Talladega 500. The event was boycotted by many of the top NASCAR drivers. It was his only Cup win in 39 races.  
• Dodge has three wins at Talladega.  
• Dodge has earned one pole at TMS since returning to Cup Series in 2001 (Stacy Compton – 2001).  
 
DODGE IN THE CHASE  
• Kurt Busch is currently sixth in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series point standings after his 17th-place finish at Martinsville last weekend. He’s finished 6th, 5th, 11th, 8th, 10th and 17th, respectively, in this year’s Chase races.  
• Kasey Kahne is 11th in the Chase standings after finishing 32nd at Martinsville. He’s finished 38th, 8th, 6th, 34th, 3rd and 32nd, respectively, in the first six races.  
• Kurt Busch ranks second in points earned in restrictor-plate races in 2009.  
• Kasey Kahne has scored one top-15 finish in the three restrictor-plate races in 2009 (15th, Daytona, July) and one top-10 in his last six restrictor-plate races.  
• Two Dodge drivers (Jeremy Mayfield and Ryan Newman) were in the inaugural Chase in 2004.  
• In 2005, three Dodge drivers (Mayfield, Newman and Rusty Wallace) made the Chase field with Newman winning the opener at New Hampshire.

• Kahne started 38th and finished 36th in last year’s fall event at Talladega Superspeedway.  
• In 11 starts at Talladega, Kahne has one top-five and three top-15 finishes.  
• Kahne has led 14 laps at Talladega Superspeedway.  
• Kahne’s best finish is second-place at the fall event in 2006.  
• Kahne’s best starting position at Talladega is ninth at the fall event in 2007.  
• Kahne won six races in 2006 and finished eighth in the final standings in his only other Chase appearance.

Busch has scored eight top-10 finishes in his last 10 races at Talladega and is the only driver to score three top-10 finishes in the four restrictor-plate races in 2009.
