At the end of Verizon Pole Qualifying for the Honda Indy Toronto, it’d be 2011 Honda Indy Toronto winner Dario Franchitti grabbing the pole. It marks his third pole of the season and fifth pole on the streets of the Toronto.

FAST FACTS: GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma

The GoPro Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma will be the 10th Indy car race at Sonoma Raceway and the ninth IZOD IndyCar Series event. Ryan Briscoe is the defending race winner and Will Power has won the last three pole positions. This will be the second race on the 12-turn 2.385-mile layout. The IZOD IndyCar Series competed on the 12-turn, 2.303-mile layout from 2005-2011.

He did that by winning in a dominant way and continued his string of top finishes at this .4 mile flat oval. In six starts at Autodrome St. Eustache, Steckly has not finished outside the top four, with four wins, a second and a fourth place finish.
