Johanna Long NCWTS Advance: Talladega Superspeedway
Johanna Long and the Panhandle Motorsports team will be back in action at Talladega Superspeedway on Saturday, October 22 for the Coca-Cola 250 powered by Fred’s. The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) event will be aired live on SPEED at 3:00 pm CDT. Fans can also listen live at 2:45 pm CDT on MRN Radio. First trip to Talladega – Although this will be Long’s first start at the 2.66-mile track of Talladega, she is no stranger to superspeedways. Long quickly adapted to the 2.5-mile trioval of Daytona International Speedway back in February where she qualified her No. 20 Toyota Tundra in the 5th starting position.
Johanna on Talladega – “It was tough having to sit out the past couple of races due to limited funding, so I’m really anxious to be back racing in the NCWTS again at Talladega! No words can express how thankful and excited I am to be able to race at this historical track for the first time.
