BMSOne Fan Wins Trip To Charlotte For Feb. 8 Induction Ceremony

BRISTOL, Tenn. (Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013) – Bristol race fans who would like attend the 2013 NASCAR Hall of Fame Induction now have the opportunity to win an all-expenses paid trip to Charlotte for the Feb. 8 ceremony.

Starting today, fans may register to “Be Bristol’s Guest For The 2013 Hall Of Fame Induction”, a contest that runs through Jan. 24.

Customers who renew or purchase their 2013 BMS season ticket package are automatically entered to win the trip for two. Fans receive an additional entry for every year they have renewed their ticket package. In short, if a fan has renewed for 10 years consecutively, he or she is entered in the contest 10 times.

The winner receives round-trip air fare for two, along with two nights lodging at The Hilton Garden Inn (near the Hall of Fame), two VIP passes to the Hall of Fame induction ceremony, two passes to the NASCAR Preview 2013 Fan Event, two passes to tour NASCAR race shops and $250 in cash for spending money.

The 2013 Hall of Fame inductees are: Buck Baker, Cotton Owens, Herb Thomas, Leonard Wood, and nine-time Bristol winner Rusty Wallace.

NASCAR returns to BMS March 15-17 with Sprint Cup, Nationwide and K&N East Series racing action. The weekend starts with Ford Fan Friday featuring qualifying for the Nationwide Series 300, the Food City 500 Cup race and the popular fan event, Food City Race Night.

On Saturday, the Nationwide Series takes to the track for a 300-lap event, followed by the K&N East Series 125. On St. Patrick’s Day (March 17), the Cup Series hits the high banks with the short track debut of NASCAR’s new car in the Food City 500.

NASCAR’s second trip to BMS is highlighted by the IRWIN Tools Night Race Aug. 24, which caps a big week of night racing that begins on Wednesday, Aug. 21, with the UNOH 200 Camping World Truck Series/Whelen Modified doubleheader

Friday night, Aug. 23, features the Food City 250 Nationwide event, followed by NASCAR’s most popular race, the IRWIN Tools Night Race on Saturday night.
