Las Vegas, NV (March 8, 2014) – Qualifying for the Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is complete. After the new three segment qualifying round, the TriStar Motorsports drivers had a better understanding of how their cars handled.
After Segment One was completed, Blake Koch and Mike Bliss advanced to Segment Two where they both ran their fastest lap. Koch was extremely happy with the car and the adjustments that were made during final practice. Bliss was satisfied with his qualifying efforts although he had a tight racecar.
Below are the following results for the Boyd Gaming 300 qualifying:
Blake Koch and the No.44 TriStar Motorsports Toyota Camry qualified 18th for the Boyd Gaming 300 with a best time of 30.288.
Mike Bliss and the No.19 TriStar Motorsports Toyota Camry qualified 20th for today’s race with a best time of 30.452.

Eric McClure and the No.14 Hefty® /Reynolds Wrap® Toyota Camry qualified for the Boyd Gaming 300 in the 30th position with a best time of 31.128.

Jeff Green and the No. 10 Support Military Foundation Toyota Camry qualified 32nd for today’s race with a best time of 31.147.
Tune into the Boyd Gaming 300 on ESPN2 with coverage beginning at 4:00PM ET. Green flag is scheduled for 4:31PM ET.
